Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, and billing only begins when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged. There is no permanently free plan. Air Lift has three paid tiers: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise.
Starter covers 5 users and 1,000 contacts, and suits small flight schools and single-location teams. Pro covers 20 users and 10,000 contacts and adds campaign automation, funnels, and websites. Enterprise covers 100 users and 100,000 contacts and adds payments, invoicing, proposals, contracts, and custom configuration.
Yes. Use the currency toggle at the top of the pricing table to switch between USD and EUR. European visitors see euros by default; everyone else sees US dollars.
Starter includes a 1-hour onboarding consultancy and monthly support sessions. Pro includes weekly support sessions. Enterprise includes 10 hours of monthly support sessions plus a custom configuration setup.
Yes. All plans can be cancelled at any time with no obligation and no cancellation fee.
Yes. Air Lift complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Data is hosted on Google Cloud with multi-layered firewalls, encryption, role-based permissions, and access logs. You remain the data controller and always own your data.
