1. Overview

Air Lift, Inc. ("Air Lift," "we," "our," or "us") provides a marketing and sales automation platform for the aviation industry (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding it. By using our Platform or website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Air Lift acts as a data controller for information collected directly from our users (business clients, visitors). Air Lift may also act as a data processor on behalf of our business clients with respect to data those clients input about their own customers.

Air Lift is built, implemented, and supported by Air Trending, the team behind Air Lift. References in this Privacy Policy to Air Lift's personnel, implementation team, and support team include the Air Trending team acting on Air Lift's behalf.

  • Publicly available professional information (e.g., LinkedIn) where relevant to your use of the Platform.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use Personal Information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Platform and related services.

Retention of Your Personal Information

We retain Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it securely.

Legal Bases (EEA / UK / Switzerland)

Where applicable, we rely on: contract performance (to deliver the Platform), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improvement of services), legal obligation, and consent (for marketing communications and certain cookies).

4. How Air Lift Protects Your Information

We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The Platform is multi-tenant: each customer's data is logically separated and is never shared with, visible to, or accessible by any other customer. Access to your account is limited to users you authorize, together with the Air Trending implementation and support team, who access your account on a least-privilege basis, with ongoing access during initial onboarding and access at your request thereafter, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

  • Business clients when you are a contact or user within their Air Lift subaccount.
  • Integration partners you authorise when connecting third-party applications.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Air Lift or others.
  • Acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations.
